Prince Adetunji Adeyeye is a Nigerian-Irish trained lawyer, he combines jurisprudence dynamism and deep thinking to his approach of advocacy and practice of law in Nigeria. He has over 5 years’ experience in corporate and contract law and has advised clients in many aspects in this area of law in Dublin, Galway, Abidjan and Nigeria.
With regards to energy matters, Adetunji’s experience includes advising on all aspects of project development and finance, power generation agreements, renewables, energy trading and dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in regulatory, competition, corporate governance, EU law, Nigerian laws and matters in the energy sector.
Prince Adetunji Adeyeye before becoming a lawyer owned and ran a couple companies in Nigerian and Europe, worked in the private sector and the diplomatic circle. He is fluent French and English speaker and holds three degrees: Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ibadan, LL.B in Law from the National University of Ireland-Galway and LL.M in Law, Governance and Technology also from the National University of Ireland-Galway.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
