Emmanuel obtained an LL.B (with honours) from the University of Calabar, Nigeria and holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School. His professional interests cuts across commercial litigation, corporate practice and taxation and has made several representation for clients in superior courts of record. He has also been involved in advising and handling of probate matters at the High Court.
In his early career days at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru-Jos, Nigeria, he actively collaborated with the Institute’s Legal Officer in efficiently addressing various legal issues ranging from land claims by host community, corporate filing for the Institute’s venture, drafting and advising on bilateral agreements with local and foreign organization as well as making significant input as regards the proposed amendment of the Act establishing the Institute amongst others.
